Our Policies
We aim to provide you with the best services possible. In order to maintain integrity and stay on schedule with all of our clients we have a few policies in place that all customers must abide by.
Deposits Required
In order to secure/confirm your appointment a $50 Deposit is REQUIRED. If Deposit is not received, your DO NOT and WILL NOT receive Confirmed Appointment Notice. Deposit Link is sent to your email that you Book your appointment with. If you do have a credit card, please contact 817.689.6353 and we can discuss other method of receiving deposit via Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo Only. You will have 24 hours to pay your deposit or your appointment will be DENIED. If appointment is booked for an immediate date, please pay deposit as soon as possible. Please check your email. We appreciate you booking your appointments with us. At Bleu Reign we have a high volume in bookings therefore paying your deposit confirms your appointment and let us know that you are serious about your appointment. Please do not book if you are not ready to pay your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and no shows.

We understand things come up so Please contact Bleu Reign at least 24 hours prior to appointment If appointment is not canceled within time frame, a $50 Late Cancellation/Rebooking fee will be required in order to rebook any future appointments with Bleu Reign. Late means canceling appointment less than 24hours of scheduled appointment time.
No Show Policy
There is a $50 no call/ no show rebooking fee. If I do not here from you and you do not communicate with us in any way, you will not be able to rebook any appointments at Bleu Reign. I value every persons time, please value ours. We have our clients who would love to come to our spa to receive the Bleu Experience so please give us the courtesy of canceling your appointment ahead of time.
